Water Association / Cabin Owner Meeting
The annual Dinkey Creek Water Association / Cabin Owner meeting will take place this year at 1:00 PM on Sunday July 4 at the campground amphitheater. This will be a combined meeting for all the tracts. All cabin owners are invited and encouraged to attend.
I am a docent at Fresno Chaffee Zoo and a cabin owner at Dinkey Creek. Through our zoo newsletter I have become aware of the decline of porcupines in the central and southern Sierra Nevada, in particular in the mid-elevation mixed conifer forests. This decline in population is a concern and also affects the Pacific Fisher population. Team PORC (Porcupine Observations & Reports Committee) is asking for help in reporting any sightings of porcupines to Linsday Meyers, CSERC biologist (209)586-7440. If you have any questions please contact me at clindstrom@pacbell.net. Thanks for your help. Cindy Lindstrom, Lot 27.
